Our Recruitment Process

We can take care of recruitment and selection logistics such as researching the prevailing wage for the job, advertise, and identifypotential candidates by skill set, motivation, fit, experience, income expectations, location and any other selection criteria you identified. We will interview a shortlist of most suitable candidates, submit candidate resumes to you for review, assist you with interviews, do reference checks on your preferred candidate and facilitate employment negotiations if required.

Logic is able to save you time in the recruitment process and provide you with the right people at the right time, whether it’s in Canada or internationally. We will find Canadian or foreign workers to meet a company’s specific needs, or help people find their matches with companies.

Here’s how we help companies

Step 1

Tell us what your staffing requirements are by completing the online Staffing Requisition so we can tailor our service to your recruitment needs.

Step 2

Request a one hour consultation with a recruitment professional to further clarify and assess your needs. We will determine your best course of action based on your overall requirements, vastly improving your chances for successful recruitment.

Step 3

If, after the consultation, you proceed with Logic, we will provide you with a retainer agreement outlining the terms and scope of services, as well as our professional fees. Please note: if foreign worker recruitment is involved, our professional fees do not include Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) application fees, medical examination costs, translations, couriers, long distance calls made on your behalf or credential certifications. Any of these will be charged to you at cost and itemized in our invoices.

Step 4

We will provide you with a personalized log into the Logic client login portal. From the comfort of your home you will be able to:

  • Review correspondence from your Logic consultant
  • Upload documents
  • View progress and billings related to our recruitment efforts

Step 5

Logic can handle the entire recruitment process from start to finish.  We can develop customized tools and strategies to meet your needs. When all the tools are approved by you, we will advertise the positions we are recruiting for on our website, various Canadian job boards and if necessary, in local and overseas advertising media.

If you are recruiting internationally, we provide the necessary support required to have all applications completed with 100% accuracy. We will submit your application to CIC, and will continue to represent you with CIC.
